This is the final call letter on MACP
matter. As per the information available at the head quarters following unions
and associations has been send the list of the employees effected on MACP

be deposited by 3rd December 2014
**HWP (M) EA has not been sent the amount @
Rs1000/- per member to file case in the Court.
No information about the effected employees or list has
been received from the following Unions and association:

2. HWEU HWP Tuticorine
3. ZEU Zirconium
Complex Palayakayal
4. NFCIWU NFC Hyderabad
5. RAKU HWP Kota
6. CATSA RRCAT Indore
7. HWEU HWP Talcher
8. BRITSA BRIT Mumbai
9. BARCEAT BARC Tarapur
The names of the supervisory staff association have not
been included in the above lists.
All the affiliates are requested to respond for
following through reply mail.
a. The list submitted is the final or not?
b. The list includes the employees who are likely to be
effect by MACP or not?
c. Those association and union has not been submitted because
of no employees are effected by MACP or the employees are not interested or the
Associations failed to contact the employees?
d. Is it possible for those associations and unions to
remit the amount as decided by the Federation before 5th December
2014 or not?
All affiliates are requested to send reply by 3rd
December 2014
Once again reminds all unions and Associations that the
list of effected members submitted by the associations shall be forwarded to
the advocate who are remitted amount @ Rs1000/- to the Federation
Those who are not remitted amount are requested to
deposit the amount in the legal account of the Federation. The detail of the
legal fund account is given below:
