Sub: Usage of Indian Currency of Rs 500/- & 1000/-

Dear Comrades,

Please find herewith the attached copy of the letter written to the Jt. Secretary (AA), DAE. All are requested to take up the matter, if not raised the issue with the administrative heads to allow to use the old notes of Rs500 and Rs1000 denominations in Canteens till 24^th November 2016 or further if the Government extend the date for usage of old notes.

Also request to take up the matter for disbursing the salary for the month of November 2016 in cash to all employees. This issue may be taken immediately to the concerned so that they can make the arrangements in consultation with the Bank Authorities authorized by the unit concerned

This may be treated as very urgent.
