Dear Comrades,
Hope you all are gone through the recommendations of the
7th Central Pay Commission submitted to the Finance Minister on 19th
November 2015. Also may gone through the various comments and letter written by
our National Leaders of National joint Council of Action, Confederation of
Central Government Employees, etc through their website, Face book and other
media as well as the articles appeared in the print media as well as visual
media.
The
recommendations of the Pay Commission chaired by Justice Mathur become the most
disappointing and retrograded one ever made by any pay commissions. In the last
7 Pay Commission, this pay commission’s recommendation became lowest increase proposed
for government employees. Just above 14% increase in paper is the hike. In real
the increase in salary takes home may be less than the salary now takes at home
after deduction in PF/NPS, CGEIS, CHSS, etc.
In short 50 lakhs central
government employees, defence personnel and equal number of pensioner were cheated
& deceived by the Pay Commission.

Dear
Comrades,
From the above it can be seen that the Pay
Commission has not been considered any proposal on major issues and recommended
retrograded pay structure and other benefits to the Central Government
Employees.
NJCA leaders met at New Delhi on 20.11.2015 at 11
am, and decide to start protest against the negative recommendations of the Pay
Commission. The NJCA appealed to all Central Government Employees to hold
Protest Demonstrations in all over the Country. NJCA also appealed to all
central Government Employees to observe November 27 as BLACK DAY by wearing
badges.
NFAEE Secretariat appeal to all affiliates to carry
out the protest programme on November 27 by observing BLACK DAY by wearing
badges on November 27 and conducting protest meeting on same day.
With fraternal Greetings
Comradely yours,
Jayaraj KV
Secretary General
