Dear Comrades,

          Information from various JCA constituents are getting that signature campaign programme is continuing in full swing. Howe ever request has come from certain units, that to complete  the signature campaign it may take two – three days more as the round the clock shift personnel and other employees having off and on leave to be contacted.

          Accordingly it is suggested that the signature campaign can continue till next week end and on 6^th September 2013 the mass signed copy of the memorandum should submit to the Head of the Unit with a covering letter to foreword the same to the Chairman Atomic Energy Commission after taking two sets of Xerox of the signatures. One copy of the Memorandum with copy of the signature may send to the Head quarters in the following address:
