Dear Comrades,
Please refer the earlier communication from NFAEE Head Quarters
about the memorandum submitted by the Staff Side national Council (JCM) and the
request send to all affiliates to suggest the Pay Structure for the various
categories of employees in our Department. Barring DPS associations (DPS(DAEEA
and AIIAEDPS(S)SA, not a single affiliated union or association has been
submitted its suggestion.
As the last date for submitting the memorandum to the Pay
Commission, there is no time to wait further for suggestions. Accordingly a
draft pay structure is prepared. It is attached herewith for ready reference.
If any suggestion for changes should reach at the Head Quarters on or before
24.07.2014 with valid reasons and argument points.
For reminding the memory and for comparison the Gist of the
Memoranda submitted by the Staff Side, National Council (JCM) is attached
herewith

DRAFT PAY STRUCTURE FOR DAE EMPLOYEES
The pay structure for categories has been worked out
based on the pay structure of 5th CPC as the Pay scales recommended
by the 6th CPC was not scientific and rational.
The Pay Scale proposed by the Staff side
corresponding to 6th CPC pay has been taken into consideration. Pay
Scale with Grade Pay 4800 and 5400 in PB 2 propose to merge.
