Madam,
After
issuing the Office Memorandum on CCS (Revised Pay) Rules 2016, the process of
Pay fixation is initiated by all DAE units.
After
inviting submission of option form and guidelines, numbers of employees are
seeking various clarifications on various issues mentioned in the Office
Memorandum. Even we understood that there are various issues which are not
still cleared and need of clarification from the Ministry.
There are
doubts on exercising option, dual increment date in place of singular increment
date, etc.
Under this
circumstance a joint meeting of Administrative Heads and the representatives of
NFAEE, Unions and associations may be convened for retrospection, which may
help to issues related to Pay fixation need to be sought clarification from the
Department of Expenditure.
It is
pertinent to note here that during the implementation of the Revised Pay after
6th CPC recommendation such a meeting was conducted by ATI, which
helped the Department as well as the Staff side a lot to understand the issues.
It is therefore requested you to give necessary instructions to the officer
concern to arrange a meeting at the earliest.
