URGENT
Sub: ON VARIOUS ISSUES
Dear Comrades,
UPDATING
OF SA CASE AT CAT MUMBAI:
The
OA filed by NFAEE/AEW&SU on track change for Scientific Assistant has come
for argument on 30th November 2016. The Counsel for the Department presented
his views and thereafter the Advocate for S.K. Singh (Applicant No. 3) argued
till afternoon.
As
there was no sufficient time for argument the matter has been adjourned for the
day and scheduled on high on board on 6th December 2016 at 3.00 pm.
From
our side Com. A. Sreedharan, Samkutty and Kamalesh was present at the CAT
during the argument.
SALARY ADVANCE IN CASH:
Government of India directed to all Central Government
Offices to make payment of Rs 10000/- as salary advance by 23rd
November 2016 to all Non Gazetted Employees to overcome the hurdle facing by
the employees due demonetization.
It
is reported that in certain units, the advance payment of salary has not been
made.
All
affiliates are requested to intimate the head quarters about the salary advance
payment. Those unit salary advance has been made are requested to intimate, when
the payment has been made. Those units has not been made, the reason may be
indicated. Is it because of the bank could not arrange cash for advance salary payment
or other reason.
MARCH TO PARLIAMENT:
As scheduled
the March to Parliament shall be held on 15th December 2016. There are rumors spreading from various corners that the
March to Parliament has been deferred as the Government has conceded our demand
on Pay Commission. It is only anti work to spoil the mobilization for the March
to Parliament and hence no one should give ear to such misinformation campaign.
Following affiliates has been communicated their participation in the March to
Parliament and requested for accommodation unless otherwise mentioned

Information from AEEA (IGCAR), BARCFEA
(BARCF), ZEU (Zirconium Complex), NFCIWU (NFC), NUFCOSSA (NFC), AMDEU (AMD),
DCSEMSA (DCSEM), HWBEA (HWB), DAE SEA (DAE Secretariat), CATSA (RRCAT),
CATGANGA (RRCAT), etc has not been received. All those
affiliates are requested to communicate information regarding their
participation in the March to parliament. It is very much important to show the
united strength of the entire central government employees to the Government. Even
if any of the affiliates took a decision not to participate also requested to
inform the same with the reason thereof.
It is therefore requested to the leadership of the unions
and associations has not been booked the tickets to reach Delhi on 15th
December 2016, should take decision immediately to participate in the March and
do the arrangements at the earliest and intimate the head quarters
