Please refer to your communication dated 28.6.2011 and 27.7.2011 requesting for a meeting with Secretary, DAE. In this connection, it is informed that Secretary, DAE has given appointment on 29.07.2011 at 11:00 a.m. for discussing the matters with office bearers of NFAEE at OYC, DAE Mumbai.



2. As advised by Secretary, DAE vide his letter dated 27.06.2011, you are requested to refrain from agitational methods.



3. Though there are 24 issues in your demand note, due to time constraint, Secretary, DAE desired that discussion should be focused on the fundamental issues which require his intervention and are not the issues which are discussed and decided in Departmental Council Meetings. Accordingly, you are requested to prioritize the issues to be discussed and forward the same to the undersigned by 26.07.2011.
