Sir,



Please refer to your letter No. 3/4/2011 – IR&W/131 dated July 22 conforming the meeting with Secretary DAE and requesting the prioritizing issues to be discussed in the meeting on 29th July 2011.



We hereby attach the agenda items to be discussed in the meeting.



We too concern about the hectic schedule of the Secretary DAE, but sadly DAE authorities not considerate to discuss issues bilaterally with NFAEE and not honouring earlier decision to establish a mechanism for regular interaction with NFAEE on issues brought to the notice of the Department.



We sincerely believe that the DAE administration will work out a regular mechanism for continuous dialogue on issues which will strengthen the bilateral discussion and will come out from the present situation of warranting notice of action programme for dialogue with the authorities.



Action may kindly be initiated to discuss other issues left out in the charter
